Help Us Keep Moses Rock Wild!

A Perth developer is pushing a 140-person tourism development along the sensitive Cape to Cape track in the Margaret River region, with a wedding event centre, 10 chalets, a 12-person holiday house, campground, manager’s residence & more across a 41-hectare property close to the Quinninup Falls.

The property shares a border of approximately 472 metres with the Leeuwin Naturaliste National Park & would be visible for up to 2 km of the Cape-to-Cape track.

The tourism proposal completely contravenes the City of Busselton’s Local Planning Scheme 21 (LPS21) & is at stark odds with the State Government’s Leeuwin Naturaliste Ridge Policy, both which protect Lot 495 Moses Rock Road against irresponsible environmental development.
